I contract with a third party biller for some United Healthcare and Aetna, plans.
I have a contract with Cigna (Wildflower) for lactation care.
I am out of network with TriCare for Lactation services.
All medicaid plans will be on a sliding scale effective 9/15.
To see if your insurance plan is covered, fill out the contact form and I will get back to you regarding accepted plans. If your insurance plan is not covered or you receive a denial, You will need to cash pay and you will need to submit for reimbursement.
A deposit will be required for all cash services.
